When my good friend, and incredible angler, Peter Christensen from Denmark came to Texas for the very first time we spent 3 weeks fishing some of the best honey holes in the state.

As good as Lady Bird lake was to us Lake Austin was even better.  Lake Fork on the other hand, well, let's just say that mother nature wouldn't have any of it.  In our efforts to capture a highly sought after "Quasimodo" buffalo the winds and waves smashed our hopes, and my boat.

Fortunately we had already hauled in Austin.  Our captures included Peter's 3 40 lb and 2 50 lb buffs.  My prize was a 70 lb 8 oz buffalo which is the largest buffalo ever captured while target fishing.
